Refund Policy – Always Trip

At Always Trip, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

– If cancellation is made 30 days before travel date → 90% refund

– 15–30 days before travel date → 75% refund

– 7–15 days before travel date → 50% refund

– Less than 7 days → No refund

2. No Show Policy

If the customer does not show up on the travel date, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Company

If Always Trip cancels the trip due to any unavoidable reason (natural disaster, weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.), customers will get:

– Full refund OR

– Option to reschedule the trip

4. Refund Process

– Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

– Amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Charges

– Registration / booking amount may be non-refundable

– Any third-party booking (hotel, helicopter, etc.) depends on their policies

6. Changes in Itinerary

Due to weather or road conditions (especially in hill areas like Char Dham), itinerary may change. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
